Nov. 30 is the last chance to enter the IBEW photo contest until 2017, so enter soon.
Each year IBEW members submit images of their work and each year the best of the bunch win recognition and prize money. Capturing the view from the top of a telephone pole or the lights of a broadcast studio, these photos not only showcase the creativity of our members, but help preserve the contributions we make to our fields.
We are a union of highly skilled and impressive professionals – this is a powerful way to tell our stories.
First place wins $200, second place $150, third place $100 and honorable mentions win $50. Entering is easy through our online application. Click here for contest rules and photo guidelines. Winners will be chosen by fellow members and the public.
The deadline for this year’s contest is Nov. 30. Since 2016 is a convention year, the next contest will not be held until 2017.
