When complete, the Wilshire Grand Tower will stand 73 stories high, and be the tallest skyscraper west of Chicago. And the members of IBEW Local 11 in Los Angeles are part of what the city is calling the lynchpin of downtown Los Angeles's revitalization.
The $2 billion project will include a 900-room hotel, retail and office space, and create close to 12,000 construction jobs. It will open in 2017.
