We’re excited to share the recent IBEW Local 112 organizing blitz was the largest we’ve ever seen, and it was an incredible experience! Over two evenings, we had 73 dedicated volunteers at two separate locations—Kennewick and Yakima of Washington State — connected via video conference for a “Member to Future Member Talk” and “Blitz Training.”
Together, we knocked on an impressive 659 doors of licensed electricians, making a significant impact in our communities.
A massive shoutout to Kail Zuschlag, IBEW Oregon State Organizing Coordinator; our local organizers, Rylan Grimes and Cody Hamann, for their outstanding efforts in rallying volunteers and preparing for this monumental event; and a special thanks to SOC Hayes and retired SOC Galusha for their invaluable support!
