The Southern California destination has earned its reputation as a union city, but that wasn’t always the case. Thanks to the coalition of the IBEW and other unions and local organizations, San Diego is now a place that invests in its working class. “There are cities with longer histories as a union town, but no place in North America has worked harder or more successfully to become one than San Diego has in the last two decades,” said International President Kenneth W.
