Unfortunately, a computer server glitch caused technical problems that translated into a nearly two-week period people could not upload photos onto the Web site. (We still accept film prints via the postal service, but the overwhelming majority of our entries now come in through www.ibew.org.)
So the deadline to enter the 2013 Photo Contest has been extended until Nov. 30.
