Part 7: Solar-Powered Union Halls and Training Centers June 2001 IBEW Journal In addition to Local 332, many other IBEW local unions have installed BIPV solar systems on their union halls and/or training centers in recent years. Local 668 in Lafayette, Indiana, was among the first to do so, in 1998 [See IBEW Journal, June 98]. Others include Local 213, Vancouver, British Columbia; Local 134, Chicago, Illinois; Local 237, Niagara Falls, New Yorkand in California, Local 441, Santa Ana; Local 551, Santa Rosa; Local 340, Sacramento; and Local 234, Castroville.
