We are thrilled to announce that the hardworking staff at Go Get Em Tiger (GGET) are now officially UNION members with IBEW Local 45! This monumental achievement marks a significant milestone not only for the employees but also for the coffee industry in Southern California.
After many sessions of negotiations and countless cups of coffee, employees at eight GGET locations across SoCal have successfully ratified their first Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). This historic win makes Go Get Em Tiger the largest LA-based coffee chain to unionize, setting a powerful example for other businesses in the area.
The newly ratified CBA includes essential provisions that will enhance the working conditions and rights of GGET employees. Key features of the agreement include:
