The Ninth District is the largest district in the IBEW, comprising more than 157,000 members across more than 60 local unions in the states of Alaska, California, Hawaii, the northern portion of Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, as well as Guam and Saipan. Members work in every branch of the union, powering both major cities and some of the most remote parts of the United States. Whether it’s making Hollywood magic or hardening infrastructure against the threat of wildfire, IBEW members are making the West Coast move. Learn how to join us at IBEWYes.org.
