The IBEW’s Eleventh District stretches from the Dakotas south through Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri and comprises nearly 40,000 members from 70 local unions. Home to the birthplace of the IBEW in St. Louis, the Eleventh District represents members in every branch of the Brotherhood from the Mississippi River to the Canadian border.
