to Rob and Elizabeth Collier of Wentzville, Missouri. They
are joined by Lisa Maull, Whittaker Homes, and Jeff and
Ed Bathe of J. Bathe Electric, Inc. The Colliers are the
10,000th homeowners in the St. Louis area to register for
the free +5 New Homeowners Electrical Protection Plan since
1993. That program, offered by Local 1 and the St. Louis
chapter of National Electrical Contractors Association,
gives new home buyers five years of free electrical system
maintenance beyond the initial one-year builders warranty.
