Women in the Trades

Tradeswoman Now and Tomorrow (TNT), a national coalition of building tradeswomens organizations and advocates, met in June at the IBEW International Office in Washington, D.C. The goals were: to recruit more women, to retain those already working in the industry and develop more women in the trades as leaders.
