Avaya Update #13

Yesterday, the company passed proposals on the Avaya Award and
compensation. On the Avaya Award they proposed making it like the
management plan, with no minimum
payout. Managers have not received a payout for the last three payout
periods. The wage proposal did not even match inflation rates for
the last three years.
We are scheduled to meet at 10 a.m. Friday.
With less than nine days to reach an agreement, we have told Avaya
they need to get serious.
