Hill appointed Joseph Fashion, business manager of Local Union 353, Toronto, Ontario, to the position of International Executive Council member for the Eighth District, effective January 10, 2003. He will fill the un-expired term of office left vacant by Brother John Cole, who resigned on January 1, 2003. A profile of Brother Fashion will appear in the March issue of the IBEW Journal.  |
