2. 2001 Tax Rate Cut President
Bushs $958 billion tax bracket change plan drained needed money from
education, health care, Social Security and other priorities, giving

5. Fast Track Trade Authority The
House passed the bill to extend fast track trade negotiating authority

8. Medicare/Prescription Drugs The
so-called "benefit" would be provided through private insurance
policies beginning in 2005, and would only cover a small percentage
of seniors. This plan, which passed, was supported by the Bush Administration,

3. Railroad Retirement This
bill would reduce the retirement age from 62 to 60, with full benefits
after 30 years of service; expand surviving spouse benefits; reduce
