Local 131’s annual picnic was July 27 at River Oak Park in Galesburg, Mich. Jon and Christine did a great job organizing, and Mike Dillon helped tie-dye shirts. The RENEW committee did a great job organizing the bags tournament and hot dog eating contest. We had so much fun — thank you!
Several members of the fifth-year apprentice class put on a golf outing, where they raised more than $10,000 for Sylvia’s Place. You make me proud to be part of a union.
