Chilia
Brother
Chilia, business manager of Local 38, Cleveland, Ohio, was elected
to the International Executive Council for the Third IEC District
at the 36th International Convention in September 2001 in San Francisco,
California. Business manager since 1997, he is also vice president
of the Cleveland AFL-CIO and treasurer of the Cleveland Building
and Construction Trades Council. Brother Chilia was initiated into
the IBEW in 1968.
Lonnie F. Plott
Brother
Plott, business manager of Local 613 in Atlanta, Georgia, was elected
International Executive Council member for the Fourth IEC District
at the 36th International Convention. Brother Plott serves as a
delegate to the Georgia state AFL-CIO and the Atlanta Central Labor
Council. He was initiated into the IBEW in 1973.
William H. Turner
Brother
Turner, business manager-financial secretary of Local 570, Tucson,
Arizona, was elected to the International Executive Council for
the Sixth IEC District at the 36th International Convention. President
of the Arizona State Association of Electrical Workers, Brother
Turner is also a trustee of the IBEW/NECA Southwestern Health and
Benefit Fund. A journeyman inside wireman, he was initiated into
the IBEW in 1964.
