Timothy Moran, Local 29, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: It’s a privilege to nominate Larry Rossa, who has been an officer in just about every capacity in the IBEW from union steward to vice president. I’ve known Larry for the better part of 30 years as a friend and a colleague, and our caucus meeting on Monday unanimously elected Larry as our vice president for another term. I respectfully ask your concurrence. |
Vice President Lawrence E. Rossa: In my wildest dreams some 27 years ago, I would have never believed I would be elected as vice president of the largest and finest district in the Brotherhood. I want to thank my local back in Pittsburgh and all the delegates in the Third District and I want to thank God for giving me the opportunity to serve this Brotherhood. |
